Debbi Neill has an extensive background in nutrition, fitness and healthy living throughout San Diego, CA and Austin, TX. In 2003, Debbi graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's in Kinesiology and an emphasis in nutrition, fitness and health. She performed internships at the Golden Door, one of America's most renowned and respected health spas for personal well-being and balance and SDSU's Fitness Clinic which helps give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to reach their health and fitness goals. In 2006, Debbi organized a 501C3 non-profit for colon cancer. She worked to educate the public on the importance of health living, good nutrition and exercise to help prevent colon cancer. During her time working with this non-profit she also helped several people battling cancer regain a better quality of life by providing them with nutritional guidance and mind-body exericises.
Throughout Janet's life, physical activity has been staple beginning from a young age as a ballet and contemporary dancer. As she continued through life; mountaineering, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, Pilates, Yoga, quad riding and golfing also became a part of her lifestyle that revolves around being active. Over time she started to experience body aches and pains which has utlimately lead to 3 knee surgeries and countless hours of physical therapy. Since then she discovered MELT and fell in love with the positive benefits she first handedly experienced. After personally living and breathing the MELT method with lasting effects she decided to become an instructor and share this hands-off therapy with as many people as possible as she continues to enjoy her active lifestyle.
